Hi, my name is Clayton Lee. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education with a concentration in Human Performance. I am a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I am also certified in First Aid, CPR and AED. 

 

I have been training for three years. I have experience in on-on-one personal training, group fitness instruction, and nutritional guidance. I specialize in fat loss, lean muscle gain, and stength gains. I focus on functional multi-movement exercises with a blend of callisthenics, circuits, and super-sets. I use the most advanced "free weight" equipment to help maximize results. I have experience with a large variety of fitness levels as well as age groups (teenage athletes-middle age adults-senior citizens. Each person had thier own personal goals which I helped them achieve by customizing each workout for them specifically. I have worked for corporate gyms as well as personal training studios.

 

I have won many personal training competitions; such as Rock Your Rolls Off. In which, my client lost 39.6 lbs and decreased his body fat by 5.6% in 6 short weeks! However, my biggest success I have achieved was having a client lose 101 pounds in 10 months!
